The selected provider normally contracts with and invoices you directly. Any K.A. sourcing, referral or coordination fee, and who pays it, is agreed in writing before proceeding. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Do you own the hire equipment?
We source quotations from equipment hire providers. The selected provider supplies the equipment under its own agreed hire terms.
Can I request catering or equipment only?
Yes. You can enquire about one service or ask us to coordinate several requirements.
What about deposits, damage and cancellation?
The relevant provider’s quotation and terms should set out deposits, cancellation, loss or damage, delivery and collection conditions. Review these before accepting the booking.
Can you guarantee a date or price?
Availability and prices depend on provider confirmation. An enquiry is not a booking, and no date is secured until the relevant parties accept the terms.
