What we collect

The request form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, category, general location, preferred date and brief. These details are stored to respond to, quote for and coordinate your request. Please do not include identity documents, access codes, health records or payment card details.

Your private status link

After a successful submission you receive a reference and a private link. Anyone who has that link can view the request status and any published proposal, so keep it private. Full contact details and internal notes are restricted to the owner workspace.

Providers and payment services

Before an introduction, we agree what details need to be shared with a provider. Independent providers have their own terms and privacy information. If a verified payment link is added to your proposal, card details are handled on the payment provider’s page, not in this website’s booking database. Check the merchant and amount before paying.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the management dashboard is restricted to configured owner accounts. Hosting services process technical connection data. A one-way, daily identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have sent; information may need to be retained for an active engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Images and website services

Images are used for service inspiration. The website loads externally hosted fonts. Hosting and font services may receive connection information such as your IP address. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies have been added.

Dates, quotes and confirmations

A requested date is not an availability guarantee or confirmed booking. Scope, provider acceptance, payment arrangements and terms must be agreed before confirmation. This platform does not currently send automatic email notifications; keep your status link and contact us if an update is needed.
